This is a testimonial from Michelle for Custom Carpentry in the UK for a contemporary bespoke fitted eco storage unit .

This Eco fitted furniture media living room TV unit was designed in partnership with Michelle our customer. We spent a long time going to and throe with sketches, emails and phone calls as well as Skype conversations so that I could show Michelle her drawings live on my own screen by sharing my screen with her on her computer.

This consultation process is absolutely important in order for Michelle to get exactly what she had in mind.

Our aim is to make sure you get exactly what you want, not what we want. When we take on a customer it is a partnership, we don’t just go in get the job done and out, but instead often much time goes by before we reach perfection in the design process.

As the saying goes “if you fail to plan you plan to fail” I am very aware of that and because I care very much about the outcome of our fitted furniture I take great care in making sure I know exactly what you want, at the end of the day all I am interested in is making you stisfied which intern feeds my satisfaction!
