- We are also a member of the Consumer Protection Association. The CPA is an independent body designed to offer the purchasers of home improvements valuable protection in the form of an insured deposit and guarantee coming directly from the CPA for each customer. Protection is offered exclusively to CPA members - those companies that have satisfied them that they are thoroughly professional in their chosen industry.
